Web Developer / Designer

- Able to design original landing pages that are optimized for conversions (non-templated)
- Has strong design and aesthetic sense. Able to design with the specific target audience in mind.
- Has deep knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (bonus: HTML5, CSS3)
- Loves to create purposeful landing page designs that get measurable results,
- Is interested to grow with us for the long term and take up leadership positions,
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with marketing teams to design and develop web solutions for projects
- Increase audience engagement and conversions by creating effective landing page designs
- Design target user’s web experience (i.e.font, font size, page layouts, website design etc)
- Analyse data and make improvements to design for conversion rate optimization.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- At least 2 years of web design and development experience, with a portfolio of past work (bonus: Diploma/Degree in a related field)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop and Illustrator (Bonus: PHP, HTML5, CSS3, able to code for Shopify HTML/liquid frame)
- Experience in responsive web design and mobile design
- Able to fix cross-browser issues and apply web standards.
- Has strong design and aesthetic sense.
